Alright gang, serious talk time.

I realize that a lot of you who were watching my stuff all the way back in 2012 have been waiting for one thing. One thing which I am failing to deliver.

My Little Brony 2.

First of all, I want to thank you guys for the amazing support the first part got, both on Newgrounds and YouTube. I sincerely did not expect it to get as popular as it did. As I write this, the YouTube version is crawling up to 30K views.

That being said, I just want you all to know that the second part has not been given up on. It's just... been in production hell.

We had problems right from the beginning. The second part was re-written several times, and we didn't have a final script down until January of 2013.

Then there were some problems getting audio. PrincessRil, the actress who voices Twilight Sparkle and Applejack, did a phenominal job and sent us her lines almost immediately, despite her shit getting fucked by Hurricane Sandy shortly before the first part was released. One of our actors just kind of disappeared off of the face of the Earth. We had to completely write Pinkie Pie out. The others just couldn't deliver. I don't think it was their fault, we just kind of are terrible directors.

By February of 2013, we finally had enough audio and got started with the animation.

Then, in the springtime, my life just kind of fucking fell apart.

First of all, I'm still in school, and that took priority over animation.

And then, I almost lost one of my best friends.

In March or April, Sebastian Manautou (the blue pony) was admitted to the hospital exhibiting seizure-like symptoms after taking a nasty head injury during a wrestling match. He lost all of his memories from after his eighth birthday. That means, as far as he was concerned, he had never met me.

Then my computer stopped working, and it was several months before I got a new one.

These factors kind of just led to me being unmotivated. There would be whole weeks where I just wanted to lie in bed all morning. I couldn't animate. I couldn't watch TV. I couldn't even play video games, I was just so depressed.

But I'm finally back on track now. This cartoon is 15 minutes long, and I have about 11 minutes animated so far. I'm so close to the finish. Just bare with me, please. I promise, it will be worth the wait. I have another two scenes to animate and then I'm done.

Cross my heart, hope to fly, stick a cupcake in my eye.
